The guys did a good job on a septic system install on a tight lot. After a few months we have had no issues. They also installed a dry well. It was a big job and required a lot of heavy equipment. I felt they gave me a good price and were not trying to get rich off me like everyone else. They leveled to grade after the work so I could lay sod and a new gravel driveway. They also filled my old collapsed cesspool by hand and wheelbarrow. I would recommend this company.

Had an issue with a clogged mainline to the cesspool and gave Discount Cesspool and Drain Inc. a call. Anthony and Dante first found the cesspool in 5 minutes and soon diagnosed the issue. No need for the cesspool to be pumped but snaking of the mainline was needed. Both were professional, friendly, and clearly explained the options and prices. Overall, outstanding service!

Just wanted to take a moment to write a review of Discount Cesspool & Drain. On Christmas Eve around 4pm my troubles began. With guests arriving soon I quickly realized my cesspool was not functioning and needed to be pumped A.S.A.P. I was in an understandable panic. I Googled my phone and called the first name that came up, the name was Discount Cesspool & Drain. The person who answered my call was just really nice. I never thought anyone would come on Christmas Eve at such a late hour, but I was told they would. It would take 30 to 45 minutes but they would be at my house. I cried tears of joy! When they arrived I was greeted by Dominick. He was a really great guy, we liked him immediately. Dominick and his crew got to work right away and got the job done. Their price was fair, and we were all very grateful that they responded so professionally. I would absolutely recommend Discount Cesspool & Drain. I was very pleased with the service provided by Discount Cesspool. I was desperate to find someone to assess and pump my cesspool and found this company online. Based on the reviews and ratings I sent them a message, and they responded VERY quickly. They were able to send someone right away, Dominick Jr. and another man to help. They were very professional, explaining to me what the problem and possible solutions were. They were patient and understanding of my situation as a renter without support from the landlord. This is the company to hire if you need a new septic system. They gave the best quote and were easy to communicate and work with. The installation went better than we had hoped. Minimal damage done to the property, and they had to dig up my whole walkway to get to the old septic system. I realized I had an emergency situation when everything started getting backed up into my basement through the tub and toilet. I called Discount and spoke to Dominic. Within an hour, Jeff was at my house working to fix the problem. After snaking the trap, he determined that the main sewer line from the house to the cesspool needed to be replaced, a problem I inherited when I bought the house only a month ago. Two days later, Jeff, Dominic, and the crew were there fixing the issue. While doing the work it was determined that my cesspool was very deep in the ground, which would cause me to have to pay a lot every time I needed service. Again, they scheduled the next work day very quickly to get the issue resolved. After each job was done, Dominic was very fair in his pricing and understanding of the situation I inherited. Excellent company, great employees, and I'll be using them moving forward.

Around this same time about 6-7 years ago on a Sunday night, I had problems with my toilet waste going down. I popped my cesspool cover and saw it was full to the lid. Being a first-time homeowner and only in the house for a few months, I called the first number I saw with 24-hour emergency service. Dominick answered and without hesitation he said he was on his way. I was honestly expecting to be told they could come first thing in the morning. 45 minutes later Dominick arrived by himself and got the job done quick. Bought my 60+ year old house 6 months ago after the original owners passed, so I didn't have any knowledge of the history of the home's sewage system, and we couldn't find the cesspool cap. On the day before Christmas Eve my basement shower, the only usable shower at the moment, started to back up while we had company staying with us. I called Discount and they came out the next day on Christmas Eve. They determined the problem and rough location of the cap, which was buried deep under the lawn, and gave me a few options. We decided to go with a repair which was not an easy job since it involved excavating over a 3-foot retaining wall to access the cesspool. They not only found the cap and raised it to ground level, but they also replaced the main line after they found the original line damaged. Didn't charge me extra for the holidays or to replace the pipe. They did a great job putting the ground back. Kept me informed through the whole process too!! Such a great crew!!
